If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to use our software or services. Goequi Technologies provides software solutions for managing retail, restaurant, distribution, and other business operations through a subscription-based model. Our software enables users to process sales, manage inventory, generate reports, track customers, and integrate with other business systems. The services are intended for business use, and you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Acceptance of Terms: By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Goequi Technologies POS software, you affirm that you are at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract or that you are accessing the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, including any updates or modifications we make from time to time. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our official website or within the application. Services Overview: Goequi Technologies provides a SaaS-based POS platform designed to facilitate retail, restaurant, and service-based business transactions. Our Services include order management, inventory tracking, customer management, billing, reporting, and other features accessible through both Windows desktop applications and mobile platforms. The Services may be updated periodically to add features, fix bugs, or improve functionality. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted availability, the Services may experience downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or technical reasons.

Account Registration and Security: To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, designs, logos, content, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Goequi Technologies. You may not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices on materials provided by Goequi Technologies. Any suggestions, feedback, or improvements you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

Limitations of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goequi Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, the Services are provided “as is” and we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goequi Technologies, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of a third party.

Termination and Suspension: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for other reasons we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your license to use the Services immediately ceases, and you must delete or destroy any copies of the software. Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Termination does not limit any other remedies available to Goequi Technologies under law.

Data Retention and Backup: While Goequi Technologies maintains robust backup and retention policies, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of critical business and transaction data. We do not guarantee that all data will be recoverable in the event of technical failures, system errors, or interruptions. You acknowledge that loss of data may occur and agree that Goequi Technologies is not responsible for such losses.

Updates and Modifications: We may update, enhance, or modify the Services and these Terms at our discretion. Updates may include bug fixes, security patches, new features, or other improvements.
